Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for digital products and services offered by RechargeZap.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and effective account management.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of digital products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales support for clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns to maintain long-term business relationships.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and areas for improvement.

• Mandatory :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in digital products or services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

• Experience in fintech or SaaS product sales.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools.
