Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team for our offline marketing efforts. This role requires hands-on expertise in planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns, events, and collaterals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offline marketing channels, with experience in the real estate industry being a significant advantage. While the focus is on offline marketing, some exposure to digital activities will be required. Key Responsibilities: 1. Media Planning & Execution:
- Strategize, plan, and implement media campaigns across outdoor hoardings, print advertising, ambient and innovative advertising mediums, and mall advertising.
- Monitor the performance and impact of media campaigns, ensuring timely execution and quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage society events, corporate engagements, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
- Plan and execute brand presence at key events to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, opportunity documents, and floor plans.
- Ensure that all collaterals align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales teams and channel partners to fulfil their physical and digital requirements, such as creatives, standees, inserts, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure timely delivery and alignment of these materials with broader marketing campaigns.
- Act as the primary liaison for multiple external partners, ensuring timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging offline marketing trends and adopt innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Experience: 8 to 9 years in a marketing role, preferably with a reputed real estate firm.
