Application Support Analyst

As a Senior Support Analyst at Blackstone, you will work with a skilled team to support finance technology solution Responsibilities Familiarize yourself with business operations and software applications like investran to effectively diagnose and resolve user issue Implement automation and process changes to reduce risks associated with manual data entry Input, Maintain and records static data across various applications Gather information from end users to prioritize critical issue Understand user support needs and provide optimal solutions identify risks, recurring problems and potential improvements collaborate with development teams and users to effective solutions Communicate bugs and enhancements to the product team based on user feedback Deliver prompt high quality support within established SLAs Create Knowledge base documentation for internal use Qualification Degree in computer science, Finance/Accounting, MBA 2-4 years experience in customer services, data analytics, application support, fund account support Knowledge of applications like investran is a plus intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel Self motivated with the ability to work independently Familiarity with SQL, VBA, or Python is a plus Team management skills Ability to address critical issues effectively
