About the role: As a Senior Student Success Manager, you will manage and actively partake in prospective student engagements in support of GradRight’s partnership with leading universities in the US. You will help students understand partner-university’s programs, opportunities, and other offerings, and will guide them through their program decision making, applications, and enrollment journeys. If your previous experience and interest is in international higher education, student counseling, tutoring, and/or student program management, and if you’re passionate about making a significant impact on the lives of international students and the broader higher education sector, this may just be the position for you. Core Responsibilities : Student Outreach and Engagement:

  1. Engage and inspire students, parents, domestic leaders of schools and colleges about the merits of the partner university
  2. Hold webinars and coffee-chats on multiple campuses and locations to engage with prospective-matched and relevant students for the programs of the partner university
University Marketing and Brand Representation:
  1. Offer prospective students authentic insights, information, and updates about the partner universities
  2. Lead and represent the partner university on important public forums, including panel discussions, admission fairs, and planned interactions at domestic colleges and schools
Admission, International Financial Aid, and Visa Guidance:
  1. Advise applicants on the university and program selection process and guide them in preparing outstanding applications to their chosen programs
  2. Assist students in securing the best financial aid for their needs and earning opportunities during their studies
  3. Assist students with securing a student visa for their program by successfully engaging them with a visa service provider
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with the team members in Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Loan Financing, US Partnership and Business Development teams to drive the student-engagement, marketing and enrollment efforts for our partners
Partner University Engagement:
  1. Understanding every aspect of the partner university objectives, strategies and goals for India
  2. Traveling occasionally frequently to the US partner location to gain first-hand experience of campus, students, courses, faculty, and all other aspects necessary to absorb the partner university USPs and offerings
Qualifications:
  1. A Master’s degree in English, Communications, Management, Higher-education, Psychology
  2. 8-10 years of experience in Higher-Education Outreach and Marketing or Admissions, Student Counseling
  3. English: Mother tongue or full proficiency
Skills:
  1. Great interpersonal skills in dealing with students
  2. Excellent public speaking skills, including a solid history of delivering to small and large audiences of students and professionals
  3. Superb writing and communication skills
  4. Experience in cross-functional collaboration
  5. Super leadership and team management skills
  6. A love for travel, culture, and new experiences
  7. A great attitude, passion, and a drive to make a difference
