- Health and Safety Management: Take ownership of on-site health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Programme Oversight : Monitor the delivery programme, provide weekly updates, and intervene to prevent delays.
- Daily Coordination: Participate in daily whiteboard meetings and manage site logistics, including vehicle and pedestrian routes.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct continuous inspections, addressing and resolving issues promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme timelines, including civil engineering and groundworks contractors.
- Site Logistics: Manage the movement of labour, machinery, and materials on and off site using coordination and logistics software.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee all works from house foundations through 1st and 2nd fix stages, including external finishes, paving, and landscaping.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete daily allocation sheets for site labour and materials and maintain accurate waste management records in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster a best-in-class customer service culture for all stakeholders and act as a strong advocate for the brand.
