We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM Manager to manage customer relationships during the collection process, provide after-sales service, and ensure timely delivery. Nos of Position - 2 Job location be Vrindavan, UP Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office sales operations, including Builder-Buyer Agreements and Payment Receipts.
- Handle bookings and log them into the CRM.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all client booking documentation, including signatures and KYC.
- Conduct welcome calls/emails within 24 hours of booking and gather customer feedback.
- Issue Payment Receipts, Demand Letters, and Reminders.
- Address post-sales queries via email and phone.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Issue documents like Credit Notes, Transfer Documents, and Demand Receipts.
- Complete fit-out/final possession process with customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Presentable with strong communication skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry, preferably residential/commercial projects.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM procedures.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel.
