As Enterprise Sales Manager, your primary goal will be identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise-level clients who may benefit from the products or services offered by the company. In addition, your role will be establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises and creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of the products or services. This may involve showcasing how the offering can meet the enterprise's strategic objectives. - Responsible for faster closure of Commercial Food Court Contracts along with preparing plans for maximizing revenue by ensuring the right mix of F&B vendors/brands deployment.
- Develop relationships and nurture strategic tie-ups with Commercial Property Developers, Managing Agencies and large number of F&B brands, which lead to faster conversion.
- We are seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious individuals, structured thinkers, and quick problem solvers who gravitate toward a process-driven approach to building commercial - partnerships with various sectors.
- A target-oriented approach which realizes the company's revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Candidates from Tier-1 Colleges and/ or from B2B/B2C food and technology sector will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Connections with Commercial Property Developers as well as F&B Brands/ Restaurants is a must.
- Complete understanding of commercial food court operations, layout, design requirements and operational model.
- 2+ years of Sales experience.
- A high degree of focus along with time management and planning.
- Display strong people skills.
