Job Description: Presales/Front-End Sales Specialist Location: Hyderabad (Work from office) Experience: 5-8 years Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Presales/Front-End Sales Specialist with a proven track record of working with Microsoft partner tools and solutions. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to engage with clients, understand their business needs, and position tailored Microsoft-based solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase Microsoft tools and solutions.
- Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs based on customer requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the client and technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Microsoft partner network.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft tools, partner programs, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Microsoft tools and partner solutions.
- Meet or exceed targets for lead generation, conversions, and client retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in presales or front-end sales roles, with a focus on Microsoft partner tools.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products, services, and licensing models.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
