One of your main objectives will be to prospect, identify and qualify leads for Crayon offerings and you will assume accountability for advising, developing and managing long-lasting business relationships with new and existing customers. Key responsibilities will include
- Spearheading and kickstarting the services business for Crayon in India
- Building the capabilities and skills needed for services organization to be successful
- Understanding the services P&L, driving exponential growth in the business, and building the foundation for the business
- Being the evangelist for services across various mediums and expanding networks that drive business growth
- Working on large value managed services deals with multiple deployment partners, with clarity and drive to perform in high pressure situations
- 5+ years of experience selling IT managed services and working on cloud infrastructure managed services – Azure/AWS
- 3+ years of demonstrated track record working with either system integrators, managed service providers or vendor environments with managed services
- Sound knowledge of Services process (Pre-requisites, SLAs, Commercial workings) and commercial construct of the proposal, working closely with delivery/project/implementation teams
- Sound understanding and experience across various managed services for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS on the Azure and AWS side e.g. Migration Services, Server Management, Database Management, Security Management, Network Management Services
- You have a hunter approach to selling cloud solutions combined with ability to effectively expand existing accounts
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You display strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively plan, structure and enable business growth and relationship building
