### **Job Description: Fit-Out & Projects Manager (Interior)** - 1 Opening in Pune **Salary:** 40,000 to 60,000 per month **Experience Required:** Minimum 4+ years ---### **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Design and Planning:**  - Develop detailed interior design plans, including layouts, elevations, and 3D renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.  - Conceptualize and design aesthetically pleasing and functional common areas, living spaces, and recreational zones.  - Ensure designs align with the brand’s vision and enhance the customer experience. 2. **Project Management:**  - Oversee multiple projects across different sites to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.  - Manage project dashboards on Google Sheets, tracking progress, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.  - Ensure seamless property transitions into operations with all relevant SOPs, documentation, and handovers in place.  - Regularly monitor progress and troubleshoot on-site issues to prevent delays. 3. **Procurement and Vendor Management:**  - Handle the procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures while adhering to budgets and quality standards.  - Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective procurement while ensuring timely deliveries.  - Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and quality. 4. **Documentation and SOP Management:**  - Prepare and manage project documentation, including design briefs, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.  - Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for project execution, property handovers, and operations readiness. 5. **Execution and Site Coordination:**  - Oversee site execution to ensure alignment with approved designs and specifications.  - Conduct regular audits to verify quality and adherence to project plans.  - Take complete ownership of site completion, ensuring all technical and design aspects are finalized before handover. 6. **Transition to Operations:**  - Coordinate with operations teams to ensure the property is fully operational post-completion.  - Provide necessary training, documentation, and SOPs to the operations team for smooth functioning. 7. **Collaboration and Integration:**  - Collaborate with the Union team to integrate the organization’s vision into the property design.  - Work with cross-functional teams to align project goals with broader business objectives. 8. **Innovation and Creativity:**  - Design innovative, engaging, and sustainable living spaces.  - Experiment with cost-efficient and eco-friendly materials to enhance project value. ---### **Skills and Qualifications:** - **Technical Expertise:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit), Adobe Suite, and MS Office. - **Project Management:** Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, dashboard tracking, and deadline-oriented execution. - **Experience:** Minimum 3-4 years of experience in interior design, fit-out projects, procurement, and site execution. - **Communication:** Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills. - **Problem-Solving:** Ability to address on-site challenges with effective troubleshooting. - **Organization:** Strong documentation, SOP management, and multitasking skills. - **Time Management:** Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. ---### **Perks:** - Opportunity to work with one of India’s fastest-growing coliving and hospitality companies. - Exposure to large-scale, multi-city projects with a high level of creative input. - Immediate joining preferred to take charge of ongoing projects. ---**Application Process:**  Send your resume, portfolio, and earliest joining date to [Insert Contact Details].
