Overview: Customer Growth and Engagement team at Intuit is looking for Fullstack Engineers with AI to transform Intuit’s Marketing Platforms . This position requires strong software engineering skills. If you love solving real-world challenges and making customers happy while fostering your desire to write perfect code and user experience, this is the job for you. Along with coding, you will be responsible for working with product managers, backend developers, and designers on our agile team structure. We love product engineers who lead the charge, communicate with customers and deliver the most beautiful, intuitive application. Responsibilities:
- Roughly 95% of hands-on coding
- Contribute to early quality activities, including peer reviews of estimates, designs, and code
- Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches
- Partner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments
- Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, QA/QE,
- various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
- Commitment to team success and positive team dynamics
- Passion for growing and applying technical skills in service to customers
- Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, and/or Extreme Programming

- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years working as a software engineer, ideally using Agile/Scrum and developing customer facing web applications
- Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and their practical application
- An understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience with any of the following Object-Oriented Languages (OOD): Java/J2EE.
- Strong working knowledge of API development standards like REST/GraphQL protocol, pagination, throttling, caching and routing mechanisms experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Frontend technologies - React.js, Javascript
- Proven ability to balance work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Ability to learn quickly, pivot, visualize and own a feature end-to-end.
- Strong end to end testing mindset, and working knowledge of Front-End and Back-End testing techniques.
- Experience working with three or more of: Cloud platforms development e.g. AWS/Kubernetes/Container platforms based development
- Experience with Postgres, Data Lake, Kafka, & schema modeling will be a plus.
- Solid foundation in writing scalable web application code following best practices of accessibility, internationalization and instrumentation.
- Good understanding of Software Design, Architecture and working with large scale systems.
- An understanding of unit testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD)

- Helpful, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems
- Solid communication skills
