Senior Draftsperson (CAD Specialist) (Remote) for US-based Clients

Job Description: We are seeking a  Senior Draftsperson with advanced skills in CAD software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans for US-based architectural, civil, and mechanical engineering projects. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can interpret design specifications and collaborate with project managers to deliver precise, high-quality drafting work. Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) for architectural, civil, and mechanical projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and design specifications.
• Modify and update drawings based on feedback from clients and design teams.
• Ensure compliance with US industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain project documentation, organize files, and update drawings as required.
• Coordinate with international teams and adapt to time zone differences for effective communication.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and construction documents.
• Provide support in the review of project designs and identify potential issues or inconsistencies in the plans.
