Key Account Specialist Operational Excellence

• Serve as the SPOC for operational concerns and issues from restaurant partners
• Work directly with our restaurant partners to ensure timely execution of menu updates & promos
• Coordinate with restaurant partners for the continuous improvement of their operational efficiency
• Contribute to optimizing and streamlining restaurantrelated internal systems and processes

Qualifications :

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Economics Business Mathematics Engineering or any other quantitative similar field from top universities
• Preferably with at least 1 year of account management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Process oriented with attention to detail
• Can handle multiple touchpoints at once and manage time effectively
• Pleasant personality high level of enthusiasm and commitment
• Team player selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Required language(s): English and Filipino
