Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iteration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver cutting-edge software solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy. Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals. • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to drive product decisions. • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather and define detailed product requirements and specifications. • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development. Prioritize tasks and manage the product backlog. • Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product introduction and adoption. • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance through KPIs and user feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work on product iterations. • Customer Engagement: Engage with users to understand their needs and gather feedback. Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions. • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative working environment with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver value. • Design Thinking Methodology: Well versed in DTM Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software/tech industry. • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
