Job Title: Customer Acquisition Expert Location: Preferably Bhubaneswar, India. (Open to qualified remote candidates as well) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Customer Acquisition Expert with 5–6 years of expertise in lead generation and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will excel in utilizing the latest tech stacks, AI tools, and building AI agents and workflows to optimize lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies to acquire new clients. 2. Leverage AI tools to build AI agents and workflows for targeting high-potential leads. 3. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. 4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads across multiple channels. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates. 5. Analyze lead generation metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization. 6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of lead generation processes and results. Qualifications a) 5–6 years of experience in customer acquisition or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment. b) Proficiency in AI-driven lead generation tools and workflows. c) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. e) Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
