You will work closely with stakeholders, clients, and development teams to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure a seamless workflow. A strong understanding of software development processes is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather project requirements, define objectives, and establish clear expectations. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with software development teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and align with project goals. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain documentation for project progress, decisions, and outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal development team. Ensure projects adhere to budget constraints and deliver maximum value. Promote a collaborative and productive working environment for remote team members. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with a proactive approach. Familiarity with software development technologies and processes.
