Accounts Executive Salary: Up to $3600 Location: East Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm, 1 day of WFH Attire: Smart Casual Be a part of a reputable sports brand MNC! Job Scope: Responsible for the full cycle of fixed assets, including maintaining the fixed asset register and preparing journal entries. Updating cash book records on sales collection. Preparing bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules. Performing month-end closing journal, including periodic outlet stock-takes, reconciliation reports of any shortages, and input of stock items into the accounting system. Performing analysis on revenues and expenses. Assisting in year-end audits. Assisting in month-end closing. Handling the full cycle of accounts receivable. Assisting in ad-hoc projects/new assignments when assigned. Requirements: Experience in reviewing subordinate's tasks. Preferably with 2-3 years of accounting-related job experience. Able to handle a fast-paced workload. Comfortable working overtime, weekends, and public holidays if necessary. Meticulous with an eye for detail.
