Job Description: Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property. Keep proper records of M & E readings and monitor the performance of plant and equipment. Check all service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and report irregularities to the PO or CM. Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office. Carry out minor tasks assigned by the PO or CM regarding the physical maintenance of the property (e.g., changing of bulbs, painting, minor repairs, etc.). Any other duties assigned by the CM. Job Requirements: NTC Certificate in Facilities Technology, Mechanical or Electrical. At least 6 years and above of MCST Experience in managing residential, industrial, or mixed development.
