About the Role: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support IT service management transformation initiatives Collaborate with IT stakeholders, including IT managers, team leaders, and technical experts, to understand IT service management needs and design change initiatives that meet those needs Analyze IT service management processes and identify areas for improvement, developing strategies to enhance IT service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Design and deliver training programs to support IT service management change initiatives, ensuring that IT staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changing IT service management requirements Monitor and report on IT service management change initiative progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed Requirements: Proven experience in IT service management change management, preferably in a financial services environment Strong understanding of ITIL change management processes and best practices Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse IT stakeholders, including IT managers, team leaders, and technical experts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting What We Offer: Opportunity to work with leading financial services organizations, driving IT service management transformation and growth Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of experienced IT professionals Professional growth and development opportunities, including training and certification programs Competitive salary and benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
