Responsibilities: Provide casework and counselling services to clients and their families Assess needs of clients and their families and formulate Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Provide Information & Referral (I&R) to link clients and their families to appropriate services Ensure that the halfway house’s programme meets the mission, objectives and procedures of case management services Able to pilot and lead new programme/group work for clients independently Requirements: Knowledge of basic IT (MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and basic statistical analysis Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills At least 3 years of continuous sobriety Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Accredited Social Worker OR Accredited Social Service Practitioner, with approximately 2 years in the field Fresh graduates are welcome #J-18808-Ljbffr
