Our client is Singapore's largest and first themed karaoke chain. This position is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This includes addressing concerns, processing payments accurately, and ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and discounts. The role also involves providing receipts, maintaining knowledge of store products and promotions, and assisting with product recommendations. Cash register balance and transaction reconciliation are key duties, as well as following store procedures for cash handling and safeguarding against theft. The cashier will assist with restocking, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean checkout area while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
