Seatrium Group | Supplier-Quality-Surveillance (SQS) Engineer

Responsibilities: Performs all SQS work assignments in accordance with the standard work procedures, practices and specifications. Review of Vendor Documents for Compliance to project requirements/specifications and international standards. Implements and administers the Quality Assurance Plan manifested by QA Supervisor for field and participates on a day-to-day basis in quality assurance activities. Review and approval of quality-related specifications, painting procedures, SAT and FAT procedures, NDT procedures, EIT related documents, pre-commissioning and commissioning documents. Prepares and issues QAQC reports. Organizes and performs audits and surveillance at a supplier's (or their sub-suppliers) facility to verify compliance with qualification requirements. Performs any other assigned duties and responsibilities. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine and Offshore / Engineering or related engineering disciplines. API 570, CWSIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector. At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
