Location : Various Sites Working days/hours : Monday to Saturday, 8.00AM to 5.00PM (Subject to changes depending on site arrangement) Job Description Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and enforce health and safety policies on-site. Provide health and safety training for employees and manage safety documentation. Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and report compliance status regularly. Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Assist project and site managers in safety compliance for ASRS installation, following Singapore Safety Standards. Provide advice and solutions for safety concerns to ensure that ASRS installation work continues with minimal time and cost impacts, in compliance with local regulations. Implement and ensure DMS Digital E-PTW is in accordance with worksite requirements. Convene site coordination meetings to ensure smooth safety progress on-site. Manage the Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001 standards and promote a strong safety culture. Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and liaise with regulatory inspectors to ensure compliance with safety requirements. Qualifications & experience Must possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Safety & Health, or relevant degree. Certificate of Registration by MOM as WSHO. Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance. At least 2 year of local practical experience relevant to the work performed by a WSHO. #J-18808-Ljbffr
