The Software Pre-sales & Bidding Specialist is responsible for independently preparing high-quality technical and financial proposals, ensuring successful bidding for software projects, and delivering technically sound solutions. The role requires knowledge of software architecture, integration, and design, including high-level designs (HLDs) and advanced technical documentation. The candidate will work on platforms like Etimad, SAP Ariba, and Oracle, collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored software solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit detailed technical and financial proposals in response to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Design high-level architectures (HLDs), including solution architecture, integration plans, and system workflows.
  • Leverage technical knowledge in software development life cycles (SDLC), system integration, API management, database systems, networking, and cloud-native applications.
  • Manage bidding processes on platforms like Etimad, SAP Ariba, and Oracle, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to validate technical accuracy and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Track and analyze bid results, refining strategies to improve future success rates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 Years of proven experience in IT sales-related position.
  • Knowledge of HLD preparation, middleware solutions, networking principles, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS, and other technical document preparation tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms, cloud computing, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of government or enterprise-level RFPs, RFQs, and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting technical specifications and converting them into actionable designs.
