Job Title: Waiter

1. Carry trays and set up trolleys with bed linen, china, glass, and silver.
2. Provide hands-on assistance, instructions, and aid to casts on all locations of their assigned obligations, ensuring the highest levels of service and politeness are provided to guests.
3. Maintain an effective link between kitchen and service areas.
4. Manage guest problems according to established plans.
5. Ensure the outlet setup is according to established standards.
6. Execute opening and closing tasks as required, ensuring that the outlet is ready for business opening.
7. Anticipate all materials and supplies and guarantee their availability.
8. Manage the use of all food and beverage items and ensure the proper use of equipment and service tools.
9. Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, preparation methods, and proper service.
10. Promote good public relations and manage complaints or concerns of guests.
11. Cooperate with the kitchen staff.
12. Maintain stock and par supplies.
13. Provide lateral service within the hotel whenever required.
14. Ensure the restaurant closing is executed according to the standard checklist provided and that no pending tasks remain.

1. A total of 2 years of Food and Beverage experience.
2. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
