OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB This role is mainly responsible for delivering business growth in term of profit and revenue in the Diabetes product lines. This objective is achieved through execution of sales plan in line with the unit and principal strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive and effective market business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by the business unit Manager and Sales Manager.
  • Communicate sales operations requirements in an accurate and timely manner as directed by management.
  • Analyze the changing market environment and customer requirements and provide marketplace issues results and feedback with the business unit Manager.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and communicate their needs and goals between other company team members.
  • Accountable for delivery of revenue and profit assigned by the business.
  • Ensure a growing relation with external parties by maintaining constant communication and coordination with clients and suppliers to ensure business continuity.
  • Deliver and provide support to customers inquiries, negotiate pricing & offers with vendors to best meet the business requirements.
  • Prepare quotations and feasibility studies.
  • Follow up on agreements and tender's submissions related to his specialty.
  • Review receivables & payables regularly and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely collection of revenues and payment.
  • Extend their market research and define Market coverage needs and discuss market expansion and future opportunities with the business unit manager.
  • Ensure product inventory related to their specialty is updated and avoid commitment that may destroy the reputation of the principal by closely monitoring inventory report through supply chain data and customer service.
  • Use customer satisfaction and complaints data from the quality assurance to gain insights to enable sound business decision making and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor supplier performance evaluation and coordinate further mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with all parties including the customer service and project team for a project related to their department until the project ends.
  • Submit all required documents and sign the handover certificate by the customer.
  • Ensure that the customer is satisfied with our equipment and service after delivery.
  • Prepare a monthly/quarterly forecast.
  • Prepare a Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Report.
Skills/ JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Graduate of business health care related or science background (e.g., Doctor of Medicine, Nursing, Dietitian) experience.
  • Masters is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Sales experience is mandatory.
  • Preferably minimum of 3 years experience handling similar product range and specialties.
  • Preferred advanced knowledge of Diabetes.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Computer proficiency level required: Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite.
  • Driving: Valid GCC driving license required.
