Then become part of Wavestone as a (Senior) Consultant Finance Transformation Insurance Your Tasks

• Creation of business requirements for the (technical) implementation of transformation projects of insurer focusing on finance, controlling and operations or forecasting & planning.
• Analysis and development of implementation options including the subsequent coordination with the respective business and IT departments.
• Process design and documentation, ideally for closing processes and target operating models (insurance operations and finance).
• Data analysis and identifying source systems and data for interface and data flow design.
• Analysis and visualization of the effects of transformation projects on affected business areas, strategies and processes.

• Several years of insurance experience in finance, operations or data management, or as an expert in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience in Management Consulting or as Inhouse Consultant with focus on Insurance, CFO agenda, e.g. finance and accounting, controlling, forecast & planning or reporting.
• Ideally project experience in the areas of IFRS 17, Solvency II and/or Multi GAAP Accounting, forecast and planning.
• As “Senior”, experience and track record as a project lead.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and to work in a remote/hybrid work environment.
• Business proficiency in English. German would be an asset.
