- Master Scheduler: Juggle customer requests and scheduling like a pro to keep everything running smoothly.
- Order Genius: Generate and schedule work orders in our cutting-edge OMS system to ensure flawless execution.
- Coordination Extraordinaire: Match equipment and personnel to projects, delivering top-notch service to both external and internal clients.
- Invoice Wizard: Review and finalize invoices to keep our financials as organized as our dispatch.
- Team Connector: Liaise with facility operations for waste requirements and supplies, and support our sales & field services team.
- Customer Confidence Builder: Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, showcasing why we’re the industry leader.
- Safety and Efficiency Guru: Monitor driver and fleet equipment for hours to stay compliant and safe and optimize route planning for maximum efficiency.
- RFP Rockstar: Contribute to the RFP process, nurturing a winning culture and supporting after-hours response as a key team member.
- Communication Skills: You’re a master communicator with a knack for providing clear and detailed instructions.
- Industry Experience: Experience in hazardous waste management or vacuum truck services? That’s a huge plus!
- Driver’s License: Class 1 or 3 would be an asset, but not a deal-breaker.
- Multi-tasking Maven: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, solving problems on the fly.
- Efficiency Enthusiast: Business savvy with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Schedule and coordinate service to meet customer needs, ensuring everything aligns with our policies.
- Dispatch calls and direct drivers based on routes and locations.
- Perform end-of-day check-ins to ensure accuracy in paperwork.
- Distribute and review route sheets for complete data entry.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve service issues.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, troubleshoot potential problems, and optimize staffing levels for the best results.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance personnel and ensure accurate documentation.
- Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years in transportation, dispatch, or customer service roles.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office; experience with TRUX orsimilar systems is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, including occasional weekends.
