The successful candidate will drive innovation, strategy, and excellence across multiple locations worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a world-class F&B strategy to elevate guest experiences.
- Spearhead innovation in food delivery, sustainability, and technology integration.
- Oversee procurement strategy and global partnerships with premium suppliers.
- Lead the design of exceptional culinary programs tailored to diverse international tastes.
- Inspire and manage global teams to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
- Proven senior leadership experience in F&B or hospitality, managing multi-site operations.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for customer experience innovation.
- Expertise in sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
- Outstanding leadership and team development skills.
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar multi-regional role in hospitality, travel, or related sectors.
