Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Phone Sales Representative at BMA Conventions in Markham, ON. The Phone Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales calls to promote and sell convention packages, engaging with potential attendees to drive event participation, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless registration process. Qualifications

• Sales experience, customer service skills, and strong communication abilities
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
• Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
