This forward-thinking organization is changing that with a comprehensive AI-powered platform that streamlines everything from safeguarding information to writing funding applications, and even generating impact reports. With over 1,000 charities onboard and £35M in funding powered annually, they are driving real change—and growing fast. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building front-end and back-end features (primarily in JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Designing and improving architecture for new and existing features.
- Collaborating directly with customers (charities and funders) to identify impactful improvements.
- Supporting onboarding tools as more organizations migrate to the platform.
- Writing clean, testable code and contributing to documentation and team showcases.
- Experience: Multiple years shipping code and managing complex systems.
- Tech Skills: React, Git, Agile, Testing; familiarity with Elasticsearch is a plus.
- Mindset: Excited about delivering social impact and owning features from ideation to production.
- Charity Sector Experience: Bonus points for volunteering or employment within charities.
- Work in a close-knit, collaborative team (6 members) where your ideas will shape the future of the product.

- Build tools that allow charities to focus more on their mission and less on bureaucracy.
