The successful Estimator will be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed, accurate, and competitive cost estimates and tenders across various project types, from enquiry to submission.
• Analysing drawings, specifications, and documentation to produce comprehensive build cost estimates.
• Working closely with in-house design engineers to develop cost-effective and innovative solutions for clients.
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Preparing and submitting professional quotations to sales and commercial managers.
• Producing estimating statistics and reports as directed by management.

• Proven experience in estimating, ideally within industries such as modular buildings, bulk materials handling, or structural steelwork.
• A strong understanding of fabrication processes and cost analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• The ability to work collaboratively with design, sales, and commercial teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Experience in international trade (advantageous but not essential).
