MCS is proud to be working with one of the UK's leading and award winning food producers to recruit an Engineering Manager to join their growing team based in County Down. Fancy joining a structured engineering team and managing a large team of engineers? As the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for all equipment, processes and controls within the facility. You will support your team and production colleagues in ensuring downtime is minimised through preventative action and prioritising breakdowns. Working in collaboration with the Engineering support team and Production colleagues, you will strive to continually improve the Engineering Maintenance team. Brilliant package with base salary between £70-80k with amazing benefits! You will need:
- Third level qualification in an Engineering discipline
- Apprenticeship trained
- Minimum 4 years experience in a managerial position within Food or FMCG
- Experience working with electro-mechanical, pneumatic and PLC controlled equipment
- Flexibility
