You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where no two days are the same, and your work will span across creative, digital, and analytical marketing disciplines. This role is perfect for a generalist marketer who’s eager to dive into diverse projects with a growth mindset and a “can-do” attitude. You’ll collaborate closely with our Brand and Marketing Lead, as well as our in-house videographer/editor and community/events lead, to deliver impactful campaigns and drive measurable results. WHAT YOU'LL DO 1. Be a Key Player in Our Creative Engine
- Content Creation : Support on content briefs, manage shoot organisation, and prepare detailed editing briefs for our creative assets.
- Paid and Organic Media : Assist in the creation of high-performing paid social creatives while managing and growing our organic social media channels (with a strong focus on Instagram).
- Collaboration : Work strategically with the in-house videographer/editor and community/events lead to ensure creative assets align with UNTIL’s brand values and goals.
- Manage and align all paid, owned, and earned media strategies to create a cohesive narrative across channels.
- Work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Work closely with agencies to gain hands-on exposure and learn new skills across CRM, SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, and more.
- Partner with the sales team to understand the type of stories and messaging that drive conversions and align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
- Partner with the Brand and Marketing Lead to review performance metrics for campaigns and report on spend efficiency and ROI.
- Dive into data when necessary, leveraging insights to inform creative and strategic decisions.
