Strategic Sales Development Representative
- £30,000 - £40,000 pa DOE basic salary
- £10k annual Bonus Paid Quarterly

- Outbound Prospecting: calling, email, and social media activity to potential clients, introducing them to the business and the product/services portfolio.
- Participate in Vendor-led pipeline generation activities.
- Inbound Lead Generation: promptly respond to inbound leads, qualify, and provide relevant information that address customer needs and meet their requirements.
- Appointment Setting: schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition/handover.
- Customer Engagement: build and develop strong relationships, gaining an understanding of their needs and pain-points, and position appropriate solutions.
- Market Research: continuously refine/optimise lead generation strategies by staying up to date with competitor activity, and market opportunities across several key industries.
- Reporting: prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline, account metrics, to present to internal stakeholders and line-managers.
- 1-2 years SDR/Sales experience.
- Experience within the Technology/IT sector would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/with minimal supervision after a thorough onboarding.
- Naturally resilient and a positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to new strategies, tools, and market changes.
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple leads simultaneously, and ensure prompt tasks are recorded and followed-up within agreed deadlines
