We’re hiring in Ontario as well as other regions across the country for our affiliated companies: Community Fire Prevention, Security.CA, Priority Fire Protection, Bison Fire Protection Inc., and Sprouse Fire & Safety. Responsibilities: Win and Onboard New Clients:
- Identify and pursue new business prospects
- Create long-term loyal clients by listening and providing solutions
- Research leads and organize pipeline opportunities
- Qualify prospective clients
- Create and present compelling value propositions
- Compete effectively in bidding processes
- Close new business deals
- Negotiate in the company’s best interest
- Exceed sales targets and new business goals
- Ensure total customer satisfaction
- Honesty, competitiveness, openness to coaching, and strategic thinking
- Knowledge of industrial operations (manufacturing, logistics, packaging)
- Understanding of food and beverage facilities
- 3+ years of experience in the industry
- Customer service focus and commitment to long-lasting partnerships
- Driven for sales success and results driven
- Familiarity with contracting maintenance services (any trade)
- Proven achievement in a similar role
- Experience in Fire Protection (not mandatory but an asset)
- Self-motivation, sense of urgency, and resilience in handling rejection
