Level 1-2 IT Support Engineer We are seeking an experienced Level 1-2 IT Support Engineer to join our client's growing team for an immediate start! The role is going to be based in Goulburn, NSW. About the Role Responsibilities Provide Level 1-2 support for the Managed Services environment Handle incoming calls, create, manage, follow-up and resolve support requests via ticket-based CRM with a high level of attention to detail whilst providing clients with regular progress updates Deliver quality, professional remote support to a broad range of clients to resolve IT issues Provide support to end users who are struggling with both complex and non-complex IT issues Responsible for regular daily tasks including Backup and DR scheduling and management Deployment of PCs using SOE technology including desktop refresh & rollouts Undertake problem management to investigate the root causes of incidents for the proactive prevention of problems Collaborate with Senior Engineers, Subject Matter Experts and Team Leaders on support issues, escalations and in some ongoing project work What you’ll need to succeed MSP experience is a MUST Minimum 2 years of experience providing Level 1-2 support Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related discipline Relevant qualifications or certifications such as– MCSA (Window Server 2012 or 2016), MCSA (Office 365), MCSE, MCP A valid driver’s license Technical Skills & Capabilities Required: Troubleshooting and administering: Ability to resolve and restore broken AD, servers, cloud or network End user troubleshooting, Directory Sync/Azure AD, User Account Management Conduct client site visits if the issues cannot be resolved remotely Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, Windows Servers (various generations), DHCP, Microsoft Exchange & Office365, server monitoring & patching Knowledge and understanding about Cloud & Virtualisation, Networking Troubleshooting, and Back up & Disaster Recovery If this sounds like you, APPLY NOW or contact Mikee from Next Gen HR 03 9119 0703! #J-18808-Ljbffr
