- Direct Customer Engagement: Spending the majority of your time engaging with customers to gather insights, understand pain points, analyze user data, identify patterns, and connect seemingly disparate information to uncover untapped opportunities.
- Develop Strategic Product Vision : Develop and communicate a compelling product roadmap that aligns with both customer needs and business objectives.
- Identify and Prioritize Opportunities : Based on ROI, business impact, and technical feasibility, including having the judgment to determine what not to build.
- Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver innovative products and features on time.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage customer usage patterns, market analytics, and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and validate product success.
- Problem-Solving Excellence : Apply your analytical skills to tackle complex logistics challenges and devise elegant solutions.

- Experience in a SaaS/B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful product launches and experience in end-to-end product development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced tech environment
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.G., JIRA) and data analytics platforms
- Experience in user-centered design principles and a background in customer experience or UX/UI is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams across functions.
