Delivering effortless, fun style for the next generation We’re on a mission to make life brighter for families all over the world - as the Head of Product for Cotton On Kids, you will be the driving force behind our girlswear product vision and strategy, leading a team to create the latest and greatest for the next generation. Your leadership will be key to shaping the direction of girlswear, ensuring product aligns with global trends, customer expectations, and our brand’s core values. Reporting into our GM for Cotton On Kids this role will see you work collaboratively across functions to deliver girlswear product that is loved by parents and kids alike. Key Responsibilities: Shape the Product Strategy: Develop and drive the long-term product strategy for Girlswear, balancing market trends, customer insights, and brand identity to create product ranges that our customers love. Lead the Team: Inspire and guide a talented, creative team of Buyers and product developers fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Drive Innovation: Identify new opportunities to push the boundaries of kids fashion, ensuring Cotton On Girlswear remains at the forefront of style, quality, and value. End-to-End Product Leadership: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Customer-Centric Focus: We win when we listen to our customer, continuously refining our product offering based on data-driven insights and feedback. Deliver Results: Ensure products are not only effortless and ready for play but commercially successful, driving business growth and enhancing our brand’s position in the market. About You: A seasoned leader in an equivalent Head of Product role with a love for kidswear, fashion and retail. A visionary with a proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that drives innovation and growth. Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of leading and inspiring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment. A strong commercial mindset, with an in-depth understanding of the market, trends, and customer behavior. Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships across teams, functions, and markets.
