We are a small team of professionals with our head office in downtown Toronto. The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital B2B/AI Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, this position manages and executes Flow Capital’s full digital marketing efforts with an emphasis on lead generation through inbound and outbound marketing channels. If you have a strong desire to have a major impact at a growing company funding high-growth startups, we would love to hear from you. This is a hands-on role with responsibilities that span from strategy through implementation, execution, and monitoring. You will create and execute our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with the rest of the Flow team to help us continue to grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B digital marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Note: This position has the flexibility to work partially remotely, although candidates must be based in Toronto, Ontario. Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally in finance, venture capital, venture debt, or related industries.
- Background or interest in tech startups, venture capital, or business financing
- A strong passion for embracing and using AI in automating marketing activities where possible
- Equally strong passion for being numbers and metric driven
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Reply.Io, Webflow, Canva
- Degree/diploma in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar relevant experience
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google AdWords, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with content creation, social media, and managing paid/organic campaigns
- Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to identify and prioritize highest impact initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Drive Flow Capital’s growth agenda by creating and executing a marketing strategy and materials to maximize lead generation and increase brand awareness
- Maintain and contribute to Flow Capital’s website, including publishing new content and building landing pages
- Execute all paid marketing initiatives and spending, including search ads (Google Ads), social media (LinkedIn ads), content creation, partnerships, events, and more
- Proactively look for and review opportunities for partnerships and affiliate agreements; assist with negotiatingterms and manage partner programs
- Identify new high-potential channels and campaigns to test and incorporate into the broader acquisition plan
- Manage a variety of ad hoc marketing requests, including, but not limited to, creating investor presentations/fact sheets, sales collateral, overseeing events, managing PR requests, etc.
- Ensure company and brand messaging are incorporated, as appropriate, in campaigns, landing pages, and other areas of the acquisition funnel
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key marketing metrics.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget
- Working knowledge of SEO and/or content strategy, and how paid search can inform SEO/content and vice versa
- Experience with other digital marketing areas such as conversion rate optimization, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, and more
- Experience creating podcasts, webinars and video content
- Background, experience, or a keen interest in areas related to tech startups and/or venture capital/business funding
