About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for various roles across the organization. Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer extension
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
