Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu The Services Manager will lead a team of Network & Voice Engineers, ensuring the efficient operation and enhancement of network and voice services for business customers. With 5+ years of experience in managing technical teams, particularly in network and voice technologies, the role requires strong coaching, communication, and collaboration skills. ITIL certification or relevant experience is a must. - Create a supportive environment where the team feels safe to experiment, learn, and challenge the norm.
- Ensure the team is meeting service level expectations for ticket management while also handling timesheets and leave requests.
- Help team members grow in their roles, supporting their career development, and lead post-incident reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure great outcomes for our customers.
- Manage the team's roster for our 7am-9pm operations, build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers, and help bring new products into our daily work.
