The successful candidate will:

• Have the ability to run all the day to day operations in a retail store
• Manage merchandising and displays
• Train, mentor and develop the team
• Lead a team and maintain outstanding level of customer service and drive sales.
• Be a genuine people person that enjoys connecting with others

To be successful in this position you will need:

• Experience within the retail sector (Jewellery, big ticket, accessories or fashion ideal)
• Managerial experience
• A proven track record in sales and staff development
• Passionate about customer service
• Results driven and sales focused
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a dynamic, sales & service focussed environment
• Polish
• Performance Management experience
