This is initially a fixed-term position until the end of June 2025, with a remuneration range including KiwiSaver between $106,892 and $150,906 per annum, based on experience. The opportunity As an experienced Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of a variety of modern system solutions within an integrated programme of work that is tasked to undertake technology renewal improvements and support the implementation of new systems. You will predominantly support the architecture within the project for P3M, Information Management, and other core systems. Whilst reporting to the Manager, Product Development, you will lead workstreams within the programme of work and support the Programme Manager to ensure design across solutions are fit for purpose and will be utilised effectively across Wellington Water's suite of system solutions. About you To be successful, you will be proficient at working with subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical delivery and you will also have the following:
- Excellent solution experience relating to P3M, Information Management, and other solutions
- Excellent analytical mapping of system connections, to identify and develop wider software capabilities that will benefit end user needs
- Hold previous experience designing technology platforms
- Previous experience leading solution workstreams within an integrated programme of work including providing cost and benefit analysis
- Excellent people engagement capabilities to work across a wide business group and key stakeholders to work collaboratively towards improvements
- A minimum of five years within solution architecture or similar software development roles
