- Minimum four years' experience working as a business/technical analyst or similar role in a complex, large-scale programme environment - 7+ years' experience ideal.
- Experience in taking an outcome-centric approach to analysis of problems and problem solving.
- Experience in self-management and as a team player in a Project Delivery environment.
- Excellent analysis and information presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven leadership experience in building productive relationships and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Agility in thinking and working, comfortable working in both a non-structured and structured way.
- Relevant qualifications and/or relevant experience in information and communications technology.
