  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Executive/Recruitment Associate to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and helping to build a strong workforce that supports our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • ● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • ● Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • events.
  • ● Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • ● Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • ● Maintain and manage candidate databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • ● Assist with the interview process, including providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • ● Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and manage the onboarding process.
  • ● Keep candidates informed about the hiring process and provide feedback.
  • ● Work to enhance the employer brand and improve recruitment strategies.
  • ● Stay current on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Qualifications:
  • ● Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, HR Recruiter, or in a similar recruitment role.
  • ● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • ● Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • ● Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • ● High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • ● MBA in HR & Marketing or a related field.
  • ● Experience with social media recruitment strategies.
  • ● Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
