Our team believes in creating impactful, customer-oriented digital experiences. Role Overview: We’re seeking a Junior Backend Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of backend development, a curiosity to grow within the Shopify ecosystem, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to implement backend solutions for eCommerce clients.
- Assist in maintaining, debugging, and optimizing backend systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Work with the Shopify API and other eCommerce platform integrations to support project requirements.
- Contribute to writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Support troubleshooting and provide timely resolutions for any backend issues as they arise.
- 4-8 years of experience in backend development.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies, such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Interest in the Shopify ecosystem and eagerness to learn about eCommerce integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Exposure to eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional teams.
