- Minimum 12 to 14 years of IT Application Development Experience across major technologies
- Minimum 5 - 6 Years of experience on Mendix
- Experience of leading teams
- Mendix Developer Certification Level of minimum Advanced”
- Proven experience as a Mendix Solution Architect, with a track record of successfully delivering complex Mendix projects.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Expertise in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance Mendix applications.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
- Build reusable components.
- Ability to build Custom components if necessary.
