User Acquisition Manager

Job: Performance Marketing Expert – ASO & User Acquisition Location: Johar town, Lahore We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who specializes in App Store Optimization (ASO), User Acquisition, Paid Campaigns, and Ad Monetization to drive growth and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

1. 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ASO, and user acquisition for mobile apps.
2. Hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Apple Search Ads.
3. Strong understanding of tROAS, CPI, CAC, and other mobile marketing KPIs.
4. Experience with app monetization strategies, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and ad monetization platforms (AdMob, IronSource, Unity Ads, etc.).
5. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
6. Strong knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
