Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Conceptualise, film, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels content that aligns with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, challenges, and viral content on TikTok and Instagram Reels to ensure our clients' content is fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with social media strategists and account managers to conceptualise content strategies that achieve clients' marketing objectives.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide creative input, and ensure their content needs are met.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for content improvements.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to clients' brand guidelines and voice, maintaining a consistent and professional image across all platforms.
  • Innovative Thinking: Continuously explore new creative ideas, techniques, and tools to enhance content quality and engagement.

  • As Pandan Social practices work-from-home on Mondays and Fridays, the candidate must also be able to travel to the office location and be comfortable with working remotely depending on the situation.
  • Proven experience in creating TikTok and Instagram Reels content, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. CapCut and other similar tools).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels, including their algorithms, best practices, and audience behaviors.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities, with a knack for producing visually compelling and entertaining content.
  • Ability to interpret social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing trends and client needs.
